Apple's Mac Pro is finally getting a redesign

Apple Will Ship A Pro iMac Later This Year

Apple spilled the beans by inviting a handful of writers to its Mac Product Realization Lab in Cupertino where they met with Phil Schiller, Craig Federighi, and John Ternus who is the vice president responsible for Mac hardware engineering. It's been more than three years since Apple last paid any attention to its desktop tower, and users have been anxiously awaiting an upgrade. During a round table conference with a handful of journalists at Apple's Machine Shop hardware prototyping lab, Schiller revealed in an interview to BuzzFeed that the company is now invested in rethinking the whole Mac Pro.

It's been nearly four years since Apple introduced the "trash can" Mac Pro. And it will come with a new pro Apple display to go alongside them.

Regarding the Mac Pro, which has not had a refresh in design since 2013, Schiller noted that Apple is "completely rethinking the Mac Pro". But where there is potential light at the end of the tunnel for users and fans of the series that have been left frustrated and exasperated with Apple's lack to attention to its premium Mac machine, Schiller also made it clear that these new products won't see the light of day anytime during this year. A 6-core Xeon with 16GB of RAM and two AMD FirePro D500s will cost $3000 and for an additional $1000, you can upgrade to an 8-core processor with dual FirePro D700s. "To do something that can be supported for a long time with customers with updates and upgrades throughout the years". The company on Tuesday held a roundtable discussion at its headquarters with an extremely select number of publications, with the aim to communicate its intentions to Mac Pro users.

We designed ourselves into a bit of a corner.

Carl's Jr. Is Trying Desperately to Escape Its Sexist Past
In a 2015 interview with Entrepreneur, Puzder explained his thinking behind the ads of old: "I like our ads". Carl Jr.) out of the office, and does away with all those hot girls eating burgers in their bikinis.

Apple understands that this meaningful update (with negligible details) would elevate your heartbeat and make you crave the new Mac Pro this instant. Apple bet on a dual-GPU design (multiple smaller GPUs, with "pro"-level performance coming from parallel processing) but the industry has gone largely in the other direction (machines with one big GPU)". Disillusionment with the Mac Pro evolved into open speculation about whether Apple cared about the pro user market anymore.

We're not going to get into exactly what stage we're in, just that we told the team to take the time to do something really great. Unfortunately, the new Mac Pros and display won't ship in 2017, and no firm launch date has been announced.

The question is, giving the possibility of a completely revamped Mac Pro, will consumers be interested in today's hardware updates? Since Apple's Magic Keyboard and Magic Keyboard rely on Bluetooth connectivity to interact with macOS via the iMac, we could see Thunderbolt 3 technology through this Type-C USB connections.
